Dave's Deli a familiar western food chain restaurant for Malaysian was started their business since 1989 in Kuala Lumpur. The concept of this food chain is not be fast food restaurant but a restaurant that serves food fast and efficiently in terms of service, food quality and consistency. Their image and concept of serving "real home-cooked deli food" and also being the first of its kind in Kuala Lumpur then, soon managed to create a "niche" market of its own. Although Dave's Deli is a western food chain, it was founded by locals. Currently other than Daves Deli food chain brand, the company also owns Superbowl, Daves Pizza Pasta Vino, and Dot 99 steak & chops.While talking about the food, Dave's Deli serves a great varieties of western dishes, including different kinds of roasted chicken, chicken chop and steak, as well as pasta, pies or soups, sandwiches and desserts. Among these, their significant dish is the Dave's Quarter Roast Chicken & Gravy, which is with a generous portion of roasted chicken meat, mash potato and salad.
Most of the customers should agree that Dave's Deli is one of the food chain which able to provide above average quality western food with comparable cheap price. This is especially true when customer plan to have their meal within shopping mall.
