The chicken broth stall in Bee Hooi Restaurant has already over 30 years old, and it's still always filled with customers. The stall owner Mr. Yeoh is an expert in steamed, roasted and fried chicken.
Customer can either choose to have chicken rice or porridge. The porridge which cooked in a fusion of Hokkien and Teochew style is supple and tasty.
One thing which must be noted is they put a lot of ingredient into their chicken porridge, especially chicken meat, which rarely found in other chicken porridge stall.
