Rice dumpling is a traditional Chinese food, made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and wrapped in bamboo leaves. They are cooked by steaming or boiling. In Penang, usually people can hardly find a stall which sells rice dumpling, and its even harder to find one with different rice dumplings and which taste not bad. Burma road rice dumpling stall is probably a good choice to hunt for delicious rice dumplings.

This stall is well recognize by many people and even some medias. The stall is own by an uncle with his son. Every week day, the stall will open from 6pm to 10pm. They also sell different kinds of chinese side dishes except rice dumpling, for example, yam cake, read bean soup and others.
