Food
"All roasted chicken, duck and pork here are using the traditional charcoal fire to cook them, but not gas. Chicken, duck and pork that roasted with charcoal fire is more aromatic, and healthier.", said the owner Eddie. From the meat, sauce and other ingredients, Eddie always insist not to add MSG to the food, so that customer can enjoy the original taste of the food. This result in roasted chicken, duck and pork that nicely balanced between lean and fatty. The meat is roasted to perfection with the marinade fantastically caramelizing into a sweet, crunchy outer coating which just melds amazingly with the tender meat. It's as close to porky perfection as it can get. Other than these main dishes, the preserved vegetables soup was thick, spicy and tasty which come with duck meat and lots of preserved vegetables. The owner is quite generous with this soup too.
