Foo Hiang Seafood Zhu Cha (富香海鲜饭档) is an ordinary chinese Zhu Cha stall located just opposite the Penang Sungai Nibong Express Bus Terminal. Anyway the restaurant that this stall located in is called Chia Yean Cafe(佳园茶餐室), which is a bit confusing. There is a big open space car park in front of the restaurant, and this is quite convenient to their customer.
During dinner time, Foo Hiang Seafood Zhu Cha is the only stall that operating in that restaurant and usually it is crowded due to their business is quite good. This seafood Zhu Cha stall does not only serves seafood, in fact a lot of ordinary Zhu Cha dishes like fried vegetable, deep fried chicken in Marmite sauce, sizzling Tao Fu, curry fish, fried lemon chicken, and others.
Based on some customer's feedback, one of their recommended dish is the curry fish, which with generous portion but comparable cheap price. Other than that, there are some negative feedbacks that the taste of the food here is not that good, sometimes the vegetables is not tender, sometimes the meat is a bit overcooked. Anyway these are just some feedback that might not true to all, due to still a lot of people loves to dine in here and their business is quite good.
Overall, Foo Hiang Seafood Zhu Cha can be categorise as an average Zhu Cha stall, including their price.
