Jenni Homemade Cakes & Bakery is one of the very famous local cakes and bakery shop within Penang Bayan Baru area. Other than this bakery shop, there is another branch at Pulau Tikus area too (Refer address at the bottom of article).

For the branch at Bayan Baru, the shop is located at a corner unit within the residential area opposite Sunshine Square. The appearance of this shop doesn't has much difference compare to other residential unit and they don't have big signboard for the shop. The only entrance to this bakery is their side door, which is not very significant to first time customer.

The bakery shop doesn't provide dine in service. In fact, there only have two big freezers at the entrance of the bakery. Customer can pick whatever flavor they like from cakes in the freezers. Jenni Homemade Cakes & Bakery provides two kinds of cake sizes, which is regular(0.9kg, RM30 each) and big(1.5kg, RM60 each). There have a lot of flavors to choose, for example Rum and raisin chocolate, Spanish cheese chocolate, black forest, cappuccino and others.

A lot of people around this area loves to eat cakes from Jenni Homemade Cakes & Bakery, due to the owner is quite generous in the ingredient and the cakes worth the price, which is also not expensive compare to many cake shops.
