Talking about the most famous beef soup noodle in Ipoh, Cheong Kee Beef Soup Noodle (章记牛腩粉) is definitely one of them on the list. This tiny food stall open every night except Sunday and starts from around 6pm until 10pm. Cheong Kee sells Hor Fun Mee (河粉) and mix beef soup (牛腩汤).
Even Cheong Kee is only selling Beef soup Noodle (compare to other Ipoh local stalls which are selling lots of variety in their stall), but Cheong Kee still able to attract a lot of customers. The secret is in their beef soup, beef and also the special chili sauce.
