Ipoh is one of the country in Malaysia which people loves to eat Liu Fen (料粉), which is a kind of meal consists of different kind of noodles and taken with Liu(料). While Liu is a kind of hand-made chinese food which is made with either fish or pork meat, with vegetable, Tao Fu or others.

Dai San Yean restaurant (大三元濑粉) is one of the place in Ipoh which sells this kind of food. It is a single shop lot restaurant which located in Ipoh most popular food central, Old Town. At here, customer can choose various kind of noodles for example rice noodle, mee, silver noodle and others. Anyway the restaurant owner claims that they are profession in preparing silver noodle (濑粉). Other than that customer could also choose the method on how to cook them, like curry, dry curry, dry ketchup, soup etc. Last but not least, the restaurant also serves different kind of Liu (料), for example fish ball, Fu Pei (腐皮) and others.

Overall, the taste of food here is average and less surprise. Most of the Liu (料) doesn't seems like home-made but in fact buy from manufacturer. Anyway it is still good if customer would just like to have a simple meal in a less crowded place.
