The normal impression of Thai food restaurant for most people would be a Thai decoration shop sign on top of the entrance, Thai style interior with gloomy yellow light and others. But, all these do not apply to Sawadee Thai restaurant. In fact, nobody would realize that it is a restaurant if they are not informed or recommended by friend.

Sawadee Thai Restaurant is actually more like a home business where the owner runs his business at his house. By the way, the business has just been started for only around one month. The first impression of this building to others is it is an old house without much maintenance and customer can hardly find any shop sign around it which indicating that this is a Thai restaurant. The dining area of the restaurant is actually the tiny side garden of the house, where some chairs, tables and shields are provided.

Although the environment of Sawadee restaurant doesn't bring additional credit to it, but it is still a popular Thai restaurant around this area, where customer are even recommended to make a reservation before visiting. One of the reason it become highly rated is because their delicious food. Sawadee restaurant provide a good varieties of Thai food, for example Thai Tom Yum seafood, Thai hot and sour soup, pineapple fried rice, Thai pork legs, Thai fried chicken, Pandan chicken, Kensum Pesak and others. All these are prepared by their Thailand chef and could guarantee an above average quality of true Thai taste.

The other reason it could become popular is due to it's unbelievable cheap price. For example a 8 dishes dinner prepared for around 10 people is just cost around RM100, which is extraordinary cheap if compare to other Thai restaurants, added that the taste of food here is comparable to others Thai restaurant.

Overall, Sawadee Thai restaurant is a nice place for people to gather, have their meal and hang around. Some customer loves this place is because they can order some spicy Thai side dishes and a few bottle of liquors then spend a few hours here with some friends or family members under some coconut trees with some breeze at night.
