The restaurant here is named as "Buntong beef noodles" (文冬口) because the stall moved here from Buntong 3 years ago.
The most famous food here should be their beef soup which made with local beef stomach, brisket, radish, special ingredients and red dates. Beef soup usually cooked for 5 to 6 hours. It is spongy and soft and the soup is tasty and flavorsome.
Then the other famous food here would be their side dishes, (湿料,干料). These array of fried items usually ordered to accompany the meal. These items are fried on the spot so they reach the table hot and crispy.
